Where are the Frenchy Pety products made ?
All of our products are handmade by a dog lover in US, Illinois.

Is it possible to edit or cancel my order ?
I gladly allow a delay of 24 hours once you ordered. Contact us if you need to make a change or cancel your order.
Other wise, we are not going to be able to let you edit or cancel your order.
How can I clean my products ?
For most of our products, we only recommend spot cleaning. But you can check your product’s tag to see if detergent is applicable.
Do you have any sizing chart ?
Most of our products are custom-sized : coats, collars and harnesses. For the accessories, the dimensions are wrote on the description of the product.
I want to order a custom sized product. Where do I write my dog’s measures ?
On Etsy, when you added a product to your cart, you have a little space ‘‘Leave a note to Frenchy Pety’’, and this is where you are supposed to write your dog’s measures.
What about your privacy policy ?
I will only use your shipping and billing address :
- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (taxes...)
Do you propose worldwide shipping ?
Yes, we do ship outside of the U.S. All of the prices are wrote at each product description.
Do you propose discounts ?
Very often ! Stay tuned on instagram, facebook and twitter...
Can you send what I ordered to the gift’s recipient ?
Yes ! When you go on Etsy, then on your cart, you will see ‘‘Leave a note to Frenchy Pety’’: it’s also the emplacement where you write your dog’s measures if you item is custom sized. In this space, just write the message you want us to put into your order.
When will I receive my order ?
It depends of what you ordered : on each product’s description, you’ll be able to find the delay which includes delivering (in the US)
Do you accept returns or exchanges ?
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns : our products are custom sized and 100% personalized by you, which is why we are not able to accept returns.
However, if you shopped a ‘‘ready-to-ship’’ item, without any personnalisation, you are not going to be able to get you a refund, but if there is any problem with the size, you will be able to return it and change it with a bigger or smaller size. In this case, the product has to be in his original packaging, clean and without any damage.
